Tips For Faster Metabolism And Weight Loss

Many people want to bring a big change in their metabolism level. If your metabolism runs high then you can easily burn fat and lose weight without giving extra effort. Metabolism is the level with which a person body can make and consume calories needed.

There are various things that affect the level of metabolism and you change it at any time depending on the frequency one eats, your genetics, volume of muscle mass, activity and stress. The thing which can make your metabolism slow is the loss of muscle mass due to lack of activity. And when this happens body starts consuming its own muscle due to lack of energy from food which makes your metabolism slows down.

Few ways to increase metabolism:

1. The lean body mass will increase the metabolism. Muscle volume is a determinant of metabolism which burns fat or calories. Thus exercise is very important you must do weight training at least a couple of times in a week to build muscle and strength and you can easily fill the gaps between workouts with your lighter exercise. Even you can take you dog to walk and avoid elevator and take stairs to increase metabolism and burn calories.

2. Don’t forget to eat the first meal of the day, breakfast.  Many people ignore breakfast but this is an important meal of the day. It is seen that those who ignore breakfast will stay thinner than those who do not. This is because the metabolism can slow in early hours if breakfast is delayed until midmorning or is skipped.

3. Avoid sugar. The reason to avoid sugar is that it facilitates the ability of the body to store fat. Your goal is to keep the blood-sugar level balanced and eating foods high in sugar can make it nearly impossible. This is the reason why you need to exercise several times a week to keep the sugar in the blood stabilized.

4. Hot Spicy foods increase your metabolism so eat them.

5. Get enough Sleep. People who do not get enough sleep are at risk of gaining extra weight. This even has been proved in some studies that the last few hours of sleep are when muscles are repaired and regenerated.
