especially if you are having it from restaurants or fast food places and all thanks
to the jumbo size and overloaded ingredients which make us fat.

dressing or protein which will make you salad too skimpy. So want are the things

Here's what you add in your salad to lose
weight:
1. Use an oil-based salad dressing.
Many nutrients—specifically Vitamin A, D, E,
and K—are fat soluble; this means that your body cannot absorb it and use then
without fat present. Thus a fat free dressing is actually counterintuitive! In a

salads dressed with canola or olive oil-based dressing had higher level of carotenoids

2. Mix up your greens.
